Before the presentation of his future Honor 11 – or Honor 20 -, the Chinese brand is preparing to present a new version "lite" Honor 10. Called Honor 10i, this smartphone should be equipped with three cameras on the back.
Obviously, Honor seems as much fun to multiply the smartphone references as her big brother Huawei. According to information from the German site WinFuture, the Chinese brand has indeed planned to launch soon a new Honor 10i that looks like the Honor 10 Lite.
The Honor 10i seems indeed to share the same characteristics as the Honor 10 Lite, with a 6.21-inch Full HD + screen cut by a small notch, a chip Kirin 710, a 3400 mAh battery and a fingerprint reader positioned on the back of the smartphone. Nevertheless, it is indeed on the picture that the Honor 10i would be different from his predecessor.
An ultra-wide angle sensor in addition
As can be seen in the press releases published by WinFuture, the Honor 10i should indeed be equipped with a triple photo module at the back. A configuration that should allow to enjoy a 24-megapixel wide-angle main sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor used to capture the depth for portrait mode. The third camera would benefit from ultra-wide-angle optics and an 8-megapixel sensor. A configuration identical to that of the Huawei Nova 4e already announced in China. For selfies, the smartphone would have a 32 megapixel sensor, against 24 megapixels for the Honor 10 Lite.
For now, it is still unclear whether the Honor 10i will be marketed in Europe. The smartphone has not yet been formalized, it will also wait until its presentation to know its price in the Chinese market.
