Like the Nokia 9 Pureview, Xiaomi wants to multiply photo sensors at MWC 2019

Xiaomi announced at the Mobile World Congress 2019 a new partnership with Light, the company specializing in multiple photo sensors having already taken care of the Nokia 9 Pureview. His future mobiles will also benefit.

For some time now, the fashion has been with the multiple photo sensors on the back of our smartphones. But with the Nokia 9 Pureview, this trend goes much further.
The technology supporting it is created by the start-up Light, which had already made strong with the L16 camera. After Sony, it's Xiaomi's turn to give in.
Xiaomi joins forces with Light at MWC 2019
The Chinese company and the start-up specializing in photography have indeed announced the signing of an agreement at the Mobile World Congress 2019. The CEO of Light said on this occasion:
"Xiaomi is one of the most innovative manufacturers with an incredible reputation, and we are excited to partner with them. Light's imagery is forever changing the way our devices see the world, and we look forward to applying our pioneering multi-camera technology and delivering power to future devices. "
Zhu Dan, vice president of Xiaomi's smartphone and camera business, is also pleased: "We are excited to announce our partnership with Light to use their advanced photo capture solutions on our future products. Xiaomi works tirelessly to stay ahead of smartphone innovation, and perfecting photography is a key point for us. We are happy to be working on devices using Light technology so our users can produce ever better photos. "
Multiple sensors for the Mi 10?
Above all, these statements with the language of wood very supported allow us to confirm that it is on the side of smartphones that this partnership will be the most important. While the Xiaomi Mi 9 has been recently announced by the company, the manufacturer already seems to want to go further.
It is difficult to establish, however, when could we see a device taking advantage of this partnership on the market. The future Mi Mix 4 seems a little too close for that, but it's a safe bet that the Xiaomi Mi 10 could enjoy. We remain on the lookout.
