The Samsung Galaxy Fold in its final form has been formalized by the South Korean giant. Here's all you need to know about this foldable smartphone.
Three apps open at the same time on the Samsung Galaxy Fold
We knew: Samsung was going to take advantage of its event dedicated to the presentation of the new Galaxy S10 to talk in more detail about its foldable smartphone: the Samsung Galaxy Fold.
And unlike the end of 2018, the South Korean giant has not presented a prototype hidden in a huge protective shell and a scene almost totally in the dark. This time, we have a much better overview of the final product.
Note the notch in the corner of the big internal screen and the fact that the foldable smartphone is able to handle 3 open applications at the same time.
Samsung has also unveiled a good part of the Galaxy Fold datasheet:
Two screens of 4.6 and 7.3 inches
Battery of 4380 mAh
Stereo sound by AKG
SoC engraved in 7nm
12 GB of RAM
512 GB of UFS 3.0 storage
6 photo sensors (3 on the back, two on the inside and one on the front)
Price and availability
The Samsung Galaxy Fold is announced at 1980 dollars for a commercialization on April 26th.
