The Honor 8A is shown in press releases unveiled before the time on the web.
Soon after being teased by its manufacturer, the Honor 8A is shown in press reports found by Droid Shout site. On the images, we can see the design of the future entry-level smartphone: a discreet notch, rather thick contours especially on the chin and a simple camera on the back.
The back of the Honor 8A does not seem to be made of metal unlike its predecessor the Honor 7A. Here it is either transparent plastic or a layer of glass. The renderings reveal two colors: black and blue.
Droid Shout also provides some information in the same direction as the rumors already circulating concerning the Honor 8A data sheet. We should expect a 6.09 inch IPS LCD screen in HD + (1560 x 720 pixels) and storage space between 32 and 64 GB.
There is also mention of a MediaTek Helio P35 SoC coupled with 3 GB of RAM. For the photo, the phone would be equipped with a 13 megapixel rear sensor with an aperture at f / 1.8, against a sensor 8 megapixel front (f / 2.0). The battery would have a capacity of 3020 mAh. A microSD and dual-SIM drawer would be there.
The Honor 8A is expected to be announced next week in China. It will normally wait a few weeks before seeing it land in France.
