After the Vivo Nex S released last year, the Chinese manufacturer seems to have really adopted the smartphone design with camera pop-up. Vivo is preparing to launch soon the Vivo X27 Pro, equipped with a large screen on the front and a retractable camera.
A year ago, at the MWC 2018, Vivo presented an original smartphone concept, the Vivo Apex. If this smartphone is never released in the trade, the design has been taken over by the manufacturer to integrate it to its high-end last year, the Vivo Nex S. Since then, this type of smartphone with camera retractable seems to have made emulators. He has been found at several Vivo sister companies like Oppo with the recent F11 Pro, and even OnePlus could pick up the idea for his OnePlus 7.
Vivo is not left out and after having worn this design on the mid-range with the V15 Pro, the brand seems to continue its momentum. Vivo is preparing to integrate a telescopic camera into his future X27 Pro. This is indeed what emerges from several posts published this Sunday on the Chinese social network Weibo and spotted by the site SlashLeaks.
Expanded pop-up camera
According to the various features posted on Weibo and smartphone design photos that appear to have been unveiled on a banner of the operator China Telecom, the Vivo X27 Pro would take the design of the camera pop-up. It would be wider than the Vivo Nex S for example, since it should also include a flash for selfies. In addition, the smartphone should have three cameras on the back: a main module of 48 megapixels (f / 1.79), an ultra-wide angle of 13 megapixels and a camera dedicated to portrait mode of 5 megapixels.
Regarding the rest of the technical characteristics, the Vivo X27 Pro would benefit from a large screen of 6.7 inches displaying 2340 pixels by 1080. It should also be equipped with a Snapdragon 710 processor, 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage , a fingerprint reader in the display and a battery of 4000 mAh, compatible with fast charging 22.5 W.
For now, we still do not know when the Vivo X27 Pro will come out. However, the fact that it is already present on some posters of China Telecom seems to indicate an imminent announcement by Vivo.
